The High-Purity-Weld VideoProbe® inspection system was created to efficiently inspect orbital welds in the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. The integrated control section/monitor was removed from the probe to allow for easy manipulation of the insertion tube when inspecting 360-degree orbital welds. A 4-inch, supple bending section was added at the distal end of the probe to help navigate through 90-degree turns in pipe and tube runs. This non-articulating probe includes all the features that make the XL PRO™ Plus VideoProbe the best remote inspection tool o n the market. It is available standard with a 6.1mm x 7.5m insertion tube but can be modified in both length and insertion tube diameters to meet specific user requirements.
