Rhythm Radiography (X-ray)

Rhythm Radiography (X-ray)

The Rhythm Radiography (X-ray) software suite from GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies combines advanced image acquisition, review and data management tools for all X-ray testing methods, including computed radiography, digital radiography and film digitization. Its advanced data sharing capabilities allow significant improvements in productivity and enable faster identification of quality problems, leading to reduced production defects or better in-service asset management.

Features
  • Save Time and Money - Send information electronically to the inspection experts rather than sending the experts to the information. Automated Report Generator. Share information between workstations, locations and within the supply chain.
  • Automate Specific Inspection Tasks - Application specific tools improve process efficiency.
  • Improve Efficiency and Reproducibility - advanced image review tools for all modalities including computed radiography, digital radiography and film digitization.
  • Protect Your Investment - Scalable architecture allows the solution to grow with your needs. DICOM/DICONDE compliance ensures your data will not become obsolete.
  • Reduce Training Requirements - Quickly and easily learn this user friendly solution.

Rhythm Acquire

Rhythm Acquire

Rhythm Acquires allows users to customize a menu selection of relevant data required to be collected with the image–details such as name of inspector, location, items being inspected, date, time, and defect classification can also entered. The operator is also able to input descriptions along with the image and provide any other additional notes that will be retained with the image in the DICONDE non-proprietary and reliable format.

Rhythm Review

Rhythm Review

Rhythm Review accepts data from Rhythm Acquire, other Rhythm Review workstations, and removable media, such as CDs and DVDs. It provides application tools for analysis, enhancement, measurement, reporting and storage of received data.

Rhythm Archive

Rhythm Archive

Rhythm Enterprise Archive (Rhythm EA) delivers a complete, scalable and flexible DICONDE storage solution for non-destructive testing images and information. Rhythm EA may be used for robust on-site, multi-site, and off-site implementations.

Premium Tools

One of the major factors allowing Rhythm to increase inspection efficiency for customers, is its integral range of advanced, application-specific tools.

Report Generator

Report Generator

The automated report generator tool allows creation of customized report of findings with Rhythm. Through creation of customized Microsoft Word-based report templates, a user is able to populate a report in a predefined format. By following a few simple steps, the operator will be able to identify what images and image data to present in the report on their own pre-defined report structure (i.e. company identification in header and footers). Report generation can be created real-time at the inspection site on a standard template, both of which improved productivity.

Advanced Reporting

Rhythm Advanced Reporting, the latest in the Rhythm Software Suite from GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies, takes your reporting capabilities to the next level. Now you have the ability to customize your report template and generate a report to meet your specific needs. Whether you chose to include images or even diagrams, once you customize your template generating a meaningful report is only a few clicks away.

Multi-film Inspection Tool

Multi-film Inspection Tool

Reproduces the conventional filmmethod of putting two or three different sensitivity films on top of one another and shooting a part, then having the different depths available. This tool splits the dynamic range of the selected radiographic image into two or three exclusive partitions for better visualization and analysis of image features.

Area Measurement and Calculations

Area Measurement and Calculations

Allows users to select an area around a porosity and automatically calculate the loss of material / area measurement of the defect.

Defect & Material Loss Measurement

Defect & Material Loss Measurement

Allows users to measure material loss in the X-ray beam direction (similar to the Wall Thickness penetration measurement, showing material loss instead).

Reference Radiographs

Reference Radiographs

Ability to load reference radiographs- current ASTM released Al castings only (reference radiographs are not included).

Load side-by-side for comparison, able to lock the images together at the same display level. All window level, zoom, etc. are sync with both images.
