The X-CUBE is a highly versatile 160 KV Radioscopic Inspection System for spot tests and inspection of small series of a variety of test samples, including light metal castings, steel components, plastics, ceramics and special alloys. The design of the system allows a great flexibility in applications such as production, incoming inspection, failure analysis or research & development.

The programmable system with its integrated image enhancement system-Seifert VISTAPLUS III-offered in the standard version provides for fast and high quality inspection. It is capable of handling heavy and large test sample and can quickly load and unload them. Ease of operating and programming the proven image enhancement system helps enable the user to accurately save and make the correct inspection decisions.

For certain inspection tasks, a work piece table, three-jaw chuck and fixing kits constructed out of black plastic are available to allow X-rays to pass through the testing sample without creating shadows and disturbing the inspection, as it is the case with aluminum and other plastics.
