Our standard Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, Radiography and Visual Testing/Remote Visual Inspection courses are of 40 hours duration and comply with or exceed the ASNT guidelines outlined in SNT-TC-1A.
Class Times/ Class Location
Class begins at 8:00 AM and finishes at 5:00 PM.
Student Badges
On the first day you will receive a personal visitor's-ID-card from the reception's desk. It is to be worn at all times while on GE property so that it can be seen. This ID card will enable you to go to and from the training room as well as the canteen without having to be accompanied. Visits to other areas of GE can only be made when accompanied by a personnel of GE. Please give the ID card back to the reception on the last day of training.
Food Services
Drinks will be served in the training room during breaks (coffee, tea, cold drinks etc.). Lunch will be served together in the canteen with the instructor. There is a daily selection of three menus.
Cell Phones
You will be asked to either turn off or mute your cell phone during class. The accepting of and sending calls is strictly at the discretion of the instructor and will only be granted in cases of dire emergency
